It was during his college years at CU Boulder, amongst the backdrop of a global pandemic, that he delved into DJing as a means of creative expression. What began as a pastime swiftly evolved into a passionate pursuit, as Kandy Shop carved out his niche in the Boulder scene, igniting dance floors with his infectious energy and innovative sound.

Now residing in Denver, Kandy Shop seamlessly integrates a unique blend of tech house and drum and bass into his sets, drawing inspiration from the raw energy of the UK underground scene. With a keen ear for blending genres and a knack for crafting captivating melodies, Kandy Shop made waves with his DJ mashups on SoundCloud, amassing a staggering 2 million combined streams. Inspired by artists such as Sosa, Cloonee, and Dom Dolla, Kandy Shop’s sets are a testament to his eclectic tastes and unwavering dedication to his craft.
