Our Founder

Arctic was founded by Jon Packwood, a serial entrepreneur with a passion for music. Over the years, Jon has seen firsthand the struggles that musicians face in the industry, and he knew that he could make a difference. Arctic was born out of Jon’s desire to provide a simple solution for artists looking to navigate the complex world of the music industry. His goal is to take the stress out of the management process and allow artists to focus on what they do best: creating great music.
